Daniil and his crew did a fantastic job. The project was 1000 sqft of hardwood floors in a fully furnished house. The job was completed according to schedule. Daniil was very helpful and flexible during the material selection and checked in regularly throughout the project. The crew was awesome, details oriented, and very responsive to our requests. We wanted to replace carpeting on the stairs and hallway with laminate and wanted a customer-service oriented company that would provide quality work. We chose Elephant Floors because of great past reviews, a fast estimate of the work to be performed, and responsiveness to all of my questions. Once we obtained the quote, Daniil of Elephant Floors was very helpful in also providing suggestions on styling, materials, and where to purchase materials at wholesale prices. The installation was promptly scheduled and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe. For the installation, our furniture was covered with plastic to protect it from dust which was a bonus that they took the extra effort which shows pride in their work. We were very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism of the installer, Sam. Daniil was onsite at the beginning and completion of the work and ensured that everything was completed to our satisfaction. They cleaned everything up, inside and outside, at the completion of the job. The entire project from initial phone call to completion was within a week which was great! Elephant Floors was a pleasure to do business with, and we would not hesitate to have them help us with future projects.

The service and quality of the work was outstanding. The called followed as they stated, provide personal service and provided a timely schedule and met every and all stated commitments. My floors looks excellent and service personnel cleaned up everything as if he was never there. I would highly recommended moving forward.

Fairly priced, project done efficiently and as promised. They came on time in the morning and cleaned up good at the end of the day since I still live in the house. A very honest and punctual team.
