Elephant Plumbing

Called with complaint of clogged kitchen sink. They came out within a few hours. Roy was super nice, asked questions, figured out the problem, and even found the solution to a different-but-related problem that’s been an issue for a while. He showed up on time, called beforehand, put shoe protectors on (which I SO appreciate) and fixed the issues! Thanks so much!!

I’m being kind by saying they should wear masks and carry guns as that’s how people did it in the old days. The pricing was astronomically high, but they were super nice about it. Missed initial appointment and caused us to lose one more day of using water in our house. I also took a day off work to be there for them ghosting me. They came the next day. I paid them $250 to confirm the leak was where I thought. But the $3000 to repair price tag was excessive. I overpaid to confirm what I thought and will have it repaired for less than $200 for labor and materials. I’d get multiple bids. Buyer beware.

From the first phone call to services complete, this was by far one of my best experiences with a service company. I highly recommend Elephant for any of your plumbing issues you may have. We will be a customer for life.

Had a water hose blow out under a sink in one of our bathrooms early this morning and couldn’t get ahold of the plumbers I knew to call. Reached out to our realtor and she gave us some options of who to call, so I called Elephant Plumbing. I spoke with Clay on the phone, and he answered quickly (which is refreshing), I told him what was going on and that we couldn’t turn our water back on until the issue was fixed. He had Mr. Dillon at our house in a matter of hours. Clay and Dillon both were very professional, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. Will definitely be using Elephant Plumbing moving forward. Dillon, thank you so much for the great work and excellent communication!!!!

Their service is the best. So dependable and courteous. Dillan Nash went over and beyond trying to fix my problem. He was outstanding in every way. I will always use Elephant Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Thank you. Debbie Hanks.

Work was outstanding. Unfortunately the guys tracked in mud and dirt that I am still working to clean up.

The gentleman who came out was a professional guy. He answered all my questions and explained what he had to do before he did it. I give him AAA+. Thanks so much.

They showed up on time, very professional, fixed my broken pipe in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, and checked back to make sure all was still well. I highly recommend this company.

Prompt, courteous. He explained every thng before he started any work.
