What do you do when your furnace breaks down and there are winter storm warnings on the TV? You get on the phone to Elevate and talk to Chase. I had chosen the soonest available appointment on Home Advisor. Chase wanted to reschedule for an earlier and far more convenient time, despite what HA said. He also said he’d be there regardless of the weather. He was maybe four minutes late and greeted me at the door apologizing for it. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fortunately, he had the proper branded part for my furnace. I’m very satisfied with the service.

I hired Chase to fix our furnace, which was not working. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and was available for a follow-up call when I had a question. I would definitely recommend him!
