James inspected our newly built home just after we moved in and provided us with excellent information to assist with our "Builder 45 day review" process. He highlighted several issues that had not been addressed by the builder before we moved in. Now we have excellent documentation to present to the builder. James is very professional and thorough with his inspections. The report he gave us is easy to understand and well written. We feel this investment was worth every penny and more. We would definitely recommend Elevate Inspections to anyone moving into a newly built home!

Elevate inspected our 16-unit apartment building and helped us build a 5 year plan for renovations. It was clear that James has a solid background in apartment communities and Elevate's services were extremely helpful to us. The building is from 1968 and he found a lot of projects for us to fix before we upgrade interiors. Other home inspectors haven't been very helpful for apartment community inspections, but Elevate was fantastic!

As investors we didn't need a full home inspection, but Elevate's Visual Walkthrough service was perfect for us! James walked through several investment homes we were looking to buy and provided valuable insights for us that we didn't catch. He scoped the sewer lines & even took samples of mold & asbestos areas and gave us professional lab reports on the findings. Elevate helped us build better budgets with their great inspection services!

As a first-time homebuyer, the inspection process seemed daunting, but James and Elevate Inspections were wonderful and made the process extremely easy. The company was prompt and responsive to get the inspection set up, and provided a thorough review of the home. I was also able to ask any and all questions during and after the inspection. James explained the report and his findings in a way that I was able to understand, and I was able to make a priority list on items that need to be repaired or replaced with his guidance.
