Absolute garbage. Had to pay for my roof out of pocket since I was selling my house. I was assured by the company president that I would be taken care of and it has been 3 months and I am still waiting on paperwork so I can get paid by my insurance company. They took my money and now refuse to talk to me. I am currently out over $6k because they do not want to give the paperwork to the insurance company. This is how they treat disabled veterans after the salesman claimed to be a Marine. I wish I never used this company. Dont make my mistake.

I have been trying for 11 months now for Elevate Roofing to fix the dormers that their subcontractors did in error and caused damage. On Sept 17, 2020 the owner, Jonathan , said give him 2 weeks and he would have them fixed. Still waiting. Elevate roofing admitted to their mistake and their one subcontractor admitted to his part in the mistake. My last email from Jonathan Dec 2020 he said he was sorry they stole from me. What??!! I have asked for their Certificate of insurance many times before the project was started and was promised I could have, they never the info

My roof had a small leak. I got a couple of estimates suggesting I repair/replace issues that weren't causing any problems. I just wanted the leak fixed. Jamie from kept it simple and got the leak fixed quickly at a very reasonable price.
