They dont carry any insurance, DO NOT USE! Did several projects for us. The largest was a garage Epoxy job that was poorly done, missing flake in several areas, too much flake in others bubbled everywhere sharp in spots from not using enough Epoxy for the Job. Looks cheap, but wasn't! That should have been the end of having them work. But then we made the mistake of having them install a toilet, they are not licenses plumbers and the toilet was installed without a large enough wax ring or doubling up on wax rings, or extending the flange. This caused black water to be forced out from under the toilet into the subfloor and hardwood and eventually into the basement. This caused, so far over 100k in damage to my home. They carry no insurance, and refused to take any responsibility. They wouldn't even come back out themselves to look at the destruction they caused to my home. Because it is Blackwater, we are currently in a hotel and Elevated Exteriors has ghosted me as of writing this.

JJ and his crew did a fabulous job of cleaning a very dirty awning that covers my patio! They also power cleaned the patio floor and brick surround wall surrounding the patio and my concrete driveway. I could not be more pleased!
