Friendly and prompt service. The expensive lock I bought from Home Depot had an issue out of the box and they were able to modify it on site to work in my door. Can’t remeber the guys name but he was friendly and work was good

I needed a lock changed in my new house. The lock also had keypad for a passcode but it needed a new battery which I knew but hadn't gotten a battery yet. Wassim followed up the next day with a call to let me know if I needed help setting up the passcode he would drop by. Great customer service!!

Little strange that they wanted to be paid to a person not the name of the company. Service tech was awesome and able to get the old lock out and the new ones put into place and make them work simply and easily.

Technician was very knowledgeable about the features of the deadbolt I wanted installed. I purchased my deadbolt elsewhere, but he was able to install it and re-key to fit my existing key. I like that he didn't try to talk me into purchasing a more expensive lock than I needed. He was friendly and personable and skilled at his craft. I would hire him again. Note: the company accepts cash or check, but not credit cards. Not a problem, just nice to know in advance.
