Elevated Kitchen & Bath

Elevated completed a large bathroom project for us recently. Nikko, Richard, Rochelle, and the rest of the team did an amazing job from beginning to end! We couldn’t be happier. Communication was excellent, timelines were clear, quality of work was outstanding, and the price was within budget. We highly recommend them! I want to really highlight Nikko. He handled 95% of the installation and was very patient with me as he answered all of my questions and concerns. Im anxious by nature and he made the whole project go smoothly.

Elevated K & B installed a walk-in tub at our house. The crew was great! Hayden was the moving force that kept the install on track and Colby was the steady hand of experience that guided the team. As the primary installer, Hayden was focused on the project but made time to update me on progress and answer my many questions. The install was delivered ahead of schedule and at the estimated price. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a quality install of a walk-in tub.

We changed our review from 1 to 4 stars. We had some complaints and troubles during the project, the largest of which was communication and follow through with one project managers. However, the owner made a big effort to make sure they took care of our concerns. We’re happy with the quality of the work and believe that Elevated have integrity in following up and trying to ensure that we’re happy. The best things about Elevated are 1) their quote was reasonable and they informed us when there was any potential change to costs—and they stuck to that number, 2) they did not use high pressure tactics to win our business, 3) they showed integrity by addressing our concerns. The owner seems genuinely dedicated to running a business with integrity.

Outstanding and detailed team of Colby, Hayden and Kash di a beautiful job on the complete remodel of our bathroom. THey kept the area clean as dust free as possible, the tile work was perfect. Analytical problem solvers. I highly recommend them and plan to use them for our kitchen remodel; have also recommended them to friends.

My parents hired Five Star Bath Solutions out of Riverdale to remodel an old tub to make it a walk in shower that is easier for my mom to get into. Right from the start they were very helpful and kind. Tb was a great project manager and made sure my parents had time to make any changes to the colors and styles of the shower. Jerry and Carlson worked so hard and did an amazing job! What a great group of people, we are so happy!

All the gentlemen who worked with me were polite and knowledgeable. My questions and feedback were not ignored. My install took the projected 3 days. My only complaints are that there was a bit of mess from the silicone that I had to clean up and the shower rod was not what I was expecting based on the language of the contract (it's just a tension rod). I needed to use adhesive to keep the rod where I wanted it after hanging the shower curtain.

The work they did was good. They just are not reliable. They would tell me what time they would be there and it would be hours after that, that they would actually show up. The project took much longer than expected. They did make sure that things were all taken care of but the time aspect was frustrating.

They are very professional.

Everyone was so friendly and professional. The contractor Scot was so good on the details. My bathroom looks even more amazing than I imagined it could.
