WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. Sander Castillo was hired for complete master bath remodel. His team performed negligent plumbing installation with intentional damage to new plumbing fixtures to hide improper installation. There is little to no cold water, shower makes horrible buzzing noise with use, and fixtures stick too far out from wall because control valve does not sit properly in housing. Work was completed in February 2020 and immediately had issues 6 days later moving back into our home. Brand new tile wall will need to be reopened with complete plumbing redo and control valves replaced. Sander asked for delay in repair due to pandemic. When final date set 6 months later to remedy issues, Sander never showed up or answered calls. BEWARE, the insurance he claims to have never covered my home. He doesn't stand by his work and gets junk insurance policy.

I highly recommend Sander Castillo and Elevating Construction. Sander was so easy to work with and very patient with us - as this was the first renovation we've done and it was a little overwhelming. We changed the plan a few times, but that never bothered him. His crew was awesome - very detail oriented, friendly and clean. If we had any questions or needed some guidance, Sander got back to us immediately. He & his crew were always on time and reliable.
