Did a great job, fair price. Service was easy to schedule and he came out quick. Tad was knowledgeable and prepared. We added our basement waterproofing to our inspection and even though there weren’t problems, we were glad we had him check.

Tad came out for a pre-sale inspection on our home. He was polite, timely, and helpful. He found some foundation issues we weren’t aware of, and gave us a detailed report for our buyer. Overall a great experience if you need a home inspection.
