Warning: Elevation Plumbing will not fix their own errors until you officially fail a city inspection. During a pre-inspection walk-through with the Salt Lake City Building Department, we were explicitly informed that the work would fail due to the improper installation of nailing plates (undersized and not properly flush). Despite this, Elevation refused to honor our appointment to correct the issues, insisting they needed a formal failure report first. This unnecessary delay has pushed our entire project back. To top it off, the manager was incredibly unprofessional, using inappropriate language before hanging up on me. They are not a reliable choice for code-compliant work.
