I was a little nervous about a possible asbestos problem so I called him early Sunday, where he promptly responded. He came Sunday afternoon and did the tests. Now just have to wait for results. He is a great guy who cares about what he is doing. VERY highly recommended!

Eli came on the same day I called him and was very fast and professional about the inspection. The only issue I had was he marked my Kitchen tiles as positive without picking any samples (as he explained, he is required by law to assume anything is positive when untested) Don't think that is unique to him, but I wish he let me know that before put that in the report. Otherwise, very solid pro!
