We had an invasion of yellow jacket bees into our living area. Neal was able to visit the same day. Having identified the likely source of entry and nesting area a treatment was applied. We’ve had a gradual reduction in the number of ?’s as is to be expected. The service appears to have been effective. The company was easy to reach and responsive to our concerns.

He was swift, professional, on time and effective.

Excellent service and technician. Great results.

1) I was told by one of their tech's they would be at my house on Tues between 9:30 -10:30. They showed up over 3 hours late with not even a phone call. 2) I was told the cost to remove the nest would be $175. After being more than 3 hours late and just spraying the nest. I was told I owed $194. I complained and they readjusted the bill to $178.14!! 3) I was told by the tech that he would be back on Wednesday to remove the nest. Of course he never showed 4) My daughter called the company on Wednesday afternoon and spoke with Keith (I believe the owner). He apologized and told her he would send one of his best tech's right over. Well of course no one showed. 5) It is now Thursday and the wasp nest is still in the tree. I bet you my check has been cashed!! 6) This company has not followed through on one thing they told me they would. 7) Now I need to see what my next steps will be!!

Sprayed for birds, when it wasn't allowed in the state, money was refunded because state got involved.

Under one year contract for elimination of centipedes and carpenter ants. Neither were eliminated. Over priced for what was rendered. Sprayed outside of house in March, day after snow storm. Bill stated application to windows and doors. Not footprints in snow, indicating they did service as stated

They responded quickly and efficiently. Showed up on time, and did a great job. Communication was timely and professional. They did two sprayings two weeks apart, and this was very effective! They also took the time to educate us on how to prevent this from reoccurring. Great experience overall! Would recommend to anyone.

I am convinced that this contractor's method of doing 2 sprayings two weeks apart is the most effective way of insuring that the flea infestation is eliminated.
