Omar was great! Immediate response, came same day for an estimate (extremely fairly priced) and completed the job the very next day! Will definitely be contacting him again or for any other projects.

I feel the same way as the customer from Northvale poor job on the pavers and driveway. He told me my house job will take two days. He rushed it job one day therefore the job suffered not well done.

DISAPPOINTED AT THE SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP. HOUSE DONE FIRST AND THEN POWER BRUSHING OF PAVERS AFTERWARD THAT ENDED UP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE HOUSE JUST CLEANED. DIRT FROM PAVER CLEANING LEFT IN CORNERS BY THE DOORS. VERY POOR JOB ON MY FRENCH DOORS AND SCREENS. DIRT LEFT ON THE DOOR SILLS AND DIRT FROM THE POWERE BRUSHING WAS ALL OVER THE DOOR SCREENS. THE DIRT FROM POWER BRUSHING DRIVEWAY PAVERS WAS PUSHED INTO THE STREET AND LEFT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY GET THE PAVERS DONE FIRST OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO CLEAN THE BOTTOM OF YOU HOUSE YOURSELF. HE SPENT HALF THE TIME ON HIS PHONE, I ASSUME BOOKING OTHER JOBS. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR POWER WASHING. HE WAS IN A RUSH TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT SO WE DID NOT CHECK JOB UNTIL HE WAS GONE. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THIS SERVICE. VERY CARELESS WORKMANSHIP. THEY SHOULD STICK TO MAID SERVICE, WHICH THEY SEEM TO EXCEL AT. JOB DONE APRIL 2021

Elisa is very amigable and profesional. I will recommend her any time for any job. She even feed my two cats with no problem., when we had an emergency and have nobody to takes care of them. I appreciate that.

We have been recurring clients for 5 years. The work they do is always reliable and at a reasonable rate. Always inquire if you need a deeper cleaning of specific appliances or areas, etc. as they can provide options. They are happy to discuss your needs and are flexible with rescheduling (or adding) appointments for returning clients as needed. We are very happy with the services they provide!

We used their service a little over a year ago. Unfortunately, the service was so substandard we could not remember the name of this company. However, after searching them on home advisor, I wanted to leave our review in order to make others aware of the unprofessional of this company. We hired them to clean our new home and dealt with the following: - Extremely rude owner (Omar) acts as if he s PAYING you - Difficulty with scheduling. They want to set the time, not the people hiring them - Poor cleaning job. Areas still requiring cleaning had to be pointed out to them. Bottom line. Save your money and search for other companies truly interested in earning your business.

I am very happy with the service. I don’t pay per hour but for the entire Cleaning per day, which i prefer. By hour was always a problem for me since I am never at home. They are dog friendly which is so important for me as well. I really recommend them.

I needed to have my walls & ceiling clean on my newly constructed 301 sq. ft. basement. I had a very bad experience with the service. The job performed was way below standard. Omar the owner became very rude, belligerent, sarcastic, disrespectful & started cursing even using the “F” word when I showed them that the newly painted walls & ceiling were still very dirty with dust by wiping it with a damped paper towel. I took pictures to prove this. The lack of professionalism & character displayed was unacceptable. He charged $200 for the job and wanted cash only with no receipt or some kind of paper work. What kind of a legit business practice they have? I ended up doing the clean up myself. It was a very big mistake to hire them for the job. I will not recommend this cleaning company.

They make you work around their own schedule and expect it to be ok doing so. The vacuum that they used was only good for hardwood floors. I had to ask him to use my own vacuum with a brush roller to get my rugs cleaned properly. Omar has a nasty attitude. One of his "employees" broke one of my statues (Lady Guadalupe) and thought that is was no big deal. He told me that I could just glue it back together and there would just be a missing piece. They call themselves an LLC but only accept cash. Omar (the owner) texted me out of the blue and told me that we had conflicting schedules - yeah because they show up when they want to. My house was cleaned almost very well, but I had to ask for certain items to be cleaned again. They say that they use their own products but the kitchen cabinets were sloppily cleaned in some areas. I can compare their service as a fly by nite "business" .I would not recommend them. Just because they have a sticker on their van with their "company's" name on the side with their name on it doesn't make them legit. I regret hiring them.

Everything about the experience with Elisa's Cleaning Service was perfect. They called immediately upon my inquiry to HomeAdvisor, quoted the work with a thorough explanation of the services and most importantly performed the services much higher than expected. I would highly recommend Elisa's Cleaning Service to anyone that wants to experience high-end work at a reasonable price from honest, hard-working and high integrity individuals. Highly, highly recommend Elisa's Cleaning Service.

After we closed on our new home, we needed to hire someone to give the place a good cleaning before we moved in as the previous owners' definition of "broom clean" turned out to be incredibly lax at best. We reached out to Elisa's Cleaning Service and were thrilled with the turn-around time. They did an excellent job! We were so pleased with the work that we hire them to clean regularly. They are our go-to cleaning service.

They did phenomenal job and was very professional.

I needed Elsa's cleaning for an apartment that a former tenant left in very bad shape. They cleaned it so beautifully I wanted to move in. Very professional and nice people. I would definitely hire them again.
