Joshua’s company did a great job investigating and remediating our mold issue under difficult circumstances. The home we were purchasing was discovered to have mold issues during inspection. Once Elite Abatement was brought in deeper investigation revealed that the mold issues were more extensive. Through a series of mitigation, retest, more mitigation, Elite was able to completely mitigated the mold - treatment, encapsulation, and overall home bomb. Home is free of mold after full sniffer inspection for verification of no mold. Thank you Joshua!
