Understandably you did not wish to not move forward with finishing the repair. We did inform you, since the repair was not completed, we would be issuing you a refund. Total professionals. The technician not only showed the problem, he advised us on how to keep the problem from happening again. He did not try to scare us in to more work that had o be done now ( as had happened before with another company). I definitely recommend this company wholeheartedly.

For a 20 minute job to replace copler on our washer and charged us $200. It cost me more than the washer!
