Elite Bath & Remodeling

We waited over 4 months to begin our bathroom remodel after giving Corey a deposit of $9,500. He called to reschedule the night before he was supposed to be starting. He told me he would call in the morning but did not. I texted and called him to discuss the delay. He gave me every reason in the book that his other jobs were not going right and said he would just send our check back. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!! Lesson learned.

We had our master shower done in April, 2022. Fast forward to May, 2022 when two of the panels started to come away from the wall. We contacted Cory and he scheduled a time to come out the following month; however, he had to cancel that appointment and didnâ t come back until July, 2022. Fast forward again to January 18, 2023 and it happened yet again. He came out to inspect it on February 13 and informed us that he had been using a different manufacturer with â sub-parâ materials. He has since found a new manufacturer and told us he would reorder new panels and would let us know when they arrived. On April 28, he contacted us and let us know the panels had come in and that he â just needed to finish a few things up and would contact us to schedule the repairâ . After that, we never heard from him so we contacted him for an update. On June 8 he responded with, â Hopefully the next couple of weeks.â We again reached out on July 13 and on July 15 he responded with, â Youâ re next in lineâ ¦itâ ll be this monthâ . We never heard back so we reached out on September 5 for an update and he said he could do it the following Tuesday but my husband had an appointment that day and I was working. On September 8 he responded back and asked if September 19 would work and we said yes. However, September 19 came - and went and he never showed up, never reached outâ ¦all we heard were crickets. We tried reaching out several times with no response and even called and left a voicemail. When my husband texted him yet again letting him know that since we werenâ t hearing back we would be filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and against his license we FINALLY heard back from someone stating that â Corey is out of town and does not have his phone with him. I will let him knowâ . This was on September 21st and we have not heard back since. This is completely unacceptable. We are dealing with shower panels that have buckled at the bottom, separated from the wall behind and causing God knows what kind of damage to the wood behind the panels. I would NOT recommend Corey or Elite Bathrooms for any kind of remodel - unless you are a fan of waiting around and never hearing back from him!

Does good work, reasonably priced, flexible and would definitely recommend for bathroom work.

Cory has a great work ethic, he listened to me and was completely respectful while working in my home. He answered all questions simply. Excellent work quality. Hiring Cory was a win win and That is hard to find on our planet any longer.
