They are not professional at all. I paid for a saline pool and as of today date, the salt chlorinator system was not provided (after 6 months of final approval). The pool has missing tiles, a lack of grout, unfinished borders, and not aligned steps. The project is 100 % paid by the way and they never returned calls or emails. Think seriously if you want o to hire them. The Project manager agreed during the final walk-in that several issues needed to be repaired however they never came back. I wish I could attach a pic of the mess they did.

In addition to the pool remodel, the project also included a remodeled, upgraded patio deck, new upgraded pool plumbing and reworked patio columns. We are very satisfied with the end product and interactions.. The team, from contractor to project manager were responsive with proposals, our needs and resolved issues as they arose. High level of integrity and competitive proposal. We will rehire for our next project.

Elite Builders were very professional. They responded quickly and the price was very competitive. After quoting several competitors, others took weeks to send an estimate. Elite responded within hours

After a month of trying to find someone to renovate our condo we called home advisor and meet with Joshua Weigand he is their project manager, Dealing with him was a pleasure he is great, has wonderful customer service skills and got us everything we wanted answered all phone calls and questions. Great experience considering the stress a remodel gives you thank you morros and munoz
