Steven responded promptly to my Home Advisor inquiry. He completed the home, termite and Radon inspections for us. He arrived for the inspection on time with no wasted time getting started on the inspection. He is very thorough, did not rush through the inspection. Steven is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what he is doing, what he has found and answered any questions I had. This inspection service is excellent. I dealt with a inspector on my last house who was not thorough at all. Everything that is covered was not only shown to me at the inspection but also super documented to easily remember what he showed me throughout the inspection. He was very knowledgable about every item he brought to my attention. He not only pointed out issues but offered resolutions for issues big or small to increase the life expectancy of the house. Overall and amazing inspector and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this service.
