One small mark left (it was terrible to begin with; chinese food on a light carpet!) and they said if it showed up again to call them back - in fact, they called me to see how it was and true to their word they are coming Monday to try again and with a glad heart!!!! Thanks for the recommendation.

Very nice, comfortable small business owners/workers who did a top job. They came to the house and provided a free estimate to which they stuck - regardless of how tough some of our carpet stains were! I am waiting for their follow-up call, but I have no complaints. The carpets look great 1-week post cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

I really liked the fact that they were able to clean my grout and tile using a cleaner that was not toxic and allowed me to be in the room while they were cleaning. Having just had a baby, I did not want to have to use harsh chemicals. Also, they explained everything very thoroughly and completed earlier than anticipated. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Elite Carpet Care to anyone.

Elite did the best job of cleaning our carpets we've ever had! If your performance rating scale offered an "excellent" rating we would have marked it in every category. Very high level of quality and attention to detail. They were on their hands and knees precleaning carpets and pretreating stains. Lots of little touches like using corner guards and wearing booties. They also cleaned several rugs of ours to like-new condition. We were so impressed the day of cleaing we asked Elite back to clean our tile, which like the carpet, they restored to like new. We enthusiastically recommend Elite to anyone!
