Randy himself performed the repair on my refrigerator. He was efficient and courteous. I intend to hire him again in the future.

Randy troubleshot the problem with knowledge, and included testing another appliance to be sure it was working properly. He was fair in price and communicated timing and with friendly conversation.

Courteous,arrived early, knowledgeable. Will use them again when needed.

Randy and his technician arrived ahead of time, knew exactly what to do and fixed my refrigerator quickly and left the job area clean. They were very friendly and courteous. Randy assure me if I had any questions in regards to the repair, I could call back.

These guys were prompt and fixed the issue quickly. A few minor complaints: they use an answering service to coordinate their scheduling and do not keep an office. That's fine until I had had to use a credit card and there was no convenient way to do that with no office to call and run a card. Additionally, I asked them to call me when they visited the property to let me know what was wrong before they fixed anything, a common request. The answering service said they would do that but it didn't happen, and the first time I heard from the technician was asking for payment.

Immediate response and next day service. Definitely knew his older appliances and was considerate of cost. He definitely knew older appliances and how to get them back into service. Outstanding service, reasonable price for the amount of time spent on repair, and very satisfied customer.

I hired these contractor because my home AC was not cooling enough. The contractor suggested to fill Freon assuming possible leakage in evaporator coil. The two technicians (Randi and Josh) dd not conduct any other diagnosis. They said that they filled the unit with 4LB of Freon which I doubt. The 3.5 ton unit takes 5 Lb maximum. The problem reappeared in 3 days. They showed up again after several calls to customer service but suggested several logic that contradicts them shelves. e.g. their logic: the 3.5 ton unit can maintain cool only up to 15 degree below the outside temperature at 99 degree F. However room temperature was only coming down to 88 degree F. The HVAC unit capacity is more than enough for the room area as per building code. Similar several nonsense arguments they brought only to waste my time and temper. Never ever trust this company.

I had an issue with my ac working but not very cool. I contacted Home Advisors and selected Elite Cleaning. The team was excellent and addressed my issues VERY promptly! I was able to get service so quickly I couldnt believe it. I had two issues with needing the unit cleaned and then more freon needing to be added. The guys were friendly and communicated everything that was needed and happening. HAPPY I hired them and Happy to be "cool" again.

Mr. Randy was fast, informative, and efficient. He had our heat pump installed in a few days. He was very professional.

Was on time, quickly identified the problem, explained it, resolved it, and provided information on how to avoid a repeat.

The techs were honest and great to work with.

Asked them to come out and diagnosis why washer was leaking water and was told seal around tub was bad and motor was leaking oil and to repair would be $300.00 with 90 day warranty. Cost was $50 and would have been waived if I had repairs done but as washer was 12 years old decided to purchase new one. Guy who came very helpful. In end new washer better option with one year manufacturer warranty and able to buy 3 or 5 year extended warranty.

Showed up at the appointed time and noticed the problem right away. Quick repair.

This repair request was for my elderly parents, who are very concerned about being taken advantage of. The Elite repair person was honest with them & told them that it would cost more to fix it than to buy a new one. They were charged for the service call, which was very reasonable, and nothing more. I would recommend them and use them again.

Steep $50 fee regardless of any work is done or not. Does not leave any room for additional consultations or estimates. They showed up more than two hours early, and the sales rep that called me was very rude and seemed annoyed that the tenant as not home that early. I spoke with the technicians to inform them that the tenant would be home at the agreed upon time, and they were very understanding. As far as there work, the tenant has not complained or informed me of any issues.

I had a water leak that I diagnosed as a problem with my dishwasher. Elite sent out two techs. They diagnosed the problem differently. It was condensation from my AC unit...not my dishwasher. There were no repairs and no work done. I paid $50 for their troubleshooting. Next time I have a problem with an appliance, I would call them.

The two men that came to my house were very professional and knowledgable. The cost of the repair would have exceeded the cost of purchasing a new washer...so I declined the repair. Thanks for being honest and arriving when you promised...
