Elite Coastal Landscaping, LLC

I usually don't do reviews, but I had to make an exception with this company. We've used Elite Costal Landscaping, LLC for three different backyard projects and my wife and I are VERY satisfied with their work! I know that there are other companies out there, but what I believe that separates Elite Costal Landscaping, LLC from the others is their quality of work and their communication with customers from start to finish, which is very much appreciated and their prices are reasonable and fair. We will definitely use them again for any other landscaping projects needed at our property and have also referred them to neighbors who have complimented us on the projects.

I highly recommend Elite Landscaping. They installed a retaining wall along my driveway and did a fantastic job! The attention to detail was incredible. They far exceeded my expectations. Their employees were hard working and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. The owners came out every day to make sure everything was OK and that I was satisfied. This is a family run business and they treat you like family! I will definitely use them again for my next yard project.

On 6-12-19 I gave Elite Coastal Landscaping of North Myrtle Beach SC a $2000 + down payment to re-sod my front yard. At the end of August, they finally came and did some of it The section closest to the street (where everyone sees) was left undone. After me placing numerous calls their rep finally came back near the end of November and told me they could finish the job in the next couple weeks. I requested to wait until the growing season started again in April 2020. Who in their right mind lays sod in December As is typical with this company, no customer service person called to schedule the completion of the job this spring, so I called today (4-7-20) only to learn they are not coming to finish. I have pictures of the horrible job to share if needed and I will now have to expend more in order to get the complete job done. I only have a 1/3 acre lawn so perhaps it is not a big enough project to warrant their attention. I rarely leave reviews (good or bad) but when something is this bad it warrants a bad review. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

Competent workers who will listen and respond to the customer. I was well pleased with the work done and hardily recommend Elite Coastal Landscape's professionals.

The technician Andy was 30 Minutes early. He did an excellent job for a reasonable/acceptable price. If you can get by communication issues with Tina in the office this is an excellent company.

I hired Elite but their service does not start until 1 January, 2019. Ask me in March and I will have a better idea of how they perform.
