Sarah was recommended by the charity shop in Niles that was unable to pickup my mom's furniture and personal belongings. She was quick to reply to us and the ongoing communication was excellent. She and her crew worked to clear out two adjacent family homes in one day and my relatives were amazed at the crew's hard work. Recommend this company to anyone who needs help with prepping a home for the new owners.

From the initial phone call to try to arrange for an apartment to be cleared of un-needed furniture through the pickup, everything went as smooth as possible.

The moving team was very very efficient, polite & patient (they had to wait for the garbage truck to finish all the dumpsters in my very large high rise before they could come in) & the fact the company is dedicated to helping survivors of DV is incredible!

Where do I start? I'll start by saying I called Elite and Sarah actually answered the phone! She then met me WITHIN THE HOUR and did a though walk-through side by side with me. I felt an instant connection and was so relieved that I found a company that I could trust, who would donate as much as possible to such an amazing organization. She did exactly what she said she would do - AND MORE - exactly when she said she would do it. She went above & beyond and was overly communicative through the whole process. I simply could not appreciate her & her team more. 10 stars!

I had to clear out a relatives apartment and wanted to donate to Wings(which I did). I would have had to have a second company to dispose of mattresses and other items. I was pleased that Elite Command Junk Hauling did both the move and junk removal at a very reasonable cost.

Sarah Mawhorr (owner) quickly got back to me with how their pricing works. It was very simple and straight forward. Her pricing was quite a bit lower than other quotes. Duke and Berry arriver on time and were very efficient and polite. I've never seen anyone pack a truck as tight as they did. They never stopped moving. I had so much stuff that it required a second pickup; which they did the same day. I asked how Sarah was as a boss. Duke and Berry said she was a blessing . To me that says a lot when a business takes care of their employees. Defiantly I would recommend Elite Command Junk Hauling and will use them again.

I will never haul junk myself again. I have already referred a friend, told him for this cost he is nuts to try to do clean up himself. Took all junk, my metals, and donations, saving myself trips to recyclers and charities. Pleasant, professional, good communications, and great service.

Duke and Barry were very pleasant guys who checked in with me when unsure what to remove and did a very thorough job. Sarah the owner, clearly communicated with me and sent me a text to alert me movers were 30 minutes away. After waste removal completed Sarah called me and said she had just spoken with movers about paint left behind. She said there was a miscommunication and that she could remove the paint herself and showed up 30 minutes later. Imagine an owner going above and beyond to provide superior service and customer satisfaction. This is why I gave Sarah and her company 5 stars.

Extremely happy with Elite Command. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and did a really good job. Throughout the whole job, they kept me updated often, and were very responsive to my inquiries. I will most definitely be using them again!
