They were able to get my job in ahead of schedule. We changed/added a few things, but the charges for that work was small. Had a color issue come up with vendor but they got it handled. Great experience.

The crew was courteous and stayed until the job was done for the day. I was kept informed as a few minor changes occurred. The cost was a lot less than I had anticipated and they didnâ t try to sell me more than I wanted. Would hire Elite again.

The quality of work was acceptable but had a challenge getting responses and follow up by email. Had to threaten to hire a new contractor before they would respond. If you are in no rush to complete a project, meaning you do not have to permit the project, Elite Concrete Cutting may be a viable option. Otherwise it may be wise to use a different contractor.

"As we always appreciate feedback and look to grow as a company. We think its fair to mention the job was a possible city replacement at their cost. As we were trying to help the homeowner who had pulled his own permits and need to have the city come look at the job to see if they were going to reimburse the customer throughout the stages. normally we would have completed demo called for inspection and pour at the next available time slot. The numerous non returned phone calls from us to the customer who mainly only responded by email. our attempts to contact the customer were the same as every other job. which this was a minimum charge job due to the small size of the project. We will now however take your feedback and make sure we do not have a similar issue again thank you for your input. Had you given a call to discuss that you were unhappy we would have... I'm sure resolved the matter and you would have left happy. thank You Elite Concrete Cutting"

You need to know exactly what your city requires so that you will not be surprised by any part of the job. City of Sandy does not require the thickness of gravel, etc. on driveway itself which might explain why driveways as old as ours in the neighborhood are cracking, splitting,etc. & need replacement. Looks good now!!

Once the weather cooperated Les and the Guys started on my dog kennel project. They were All very polite and vourteous. When they left job site they cleaned up and closed and locked my gate. The Guys were easy to work with,Dave kept me informed with scheduling due to the weather. If i ever have another cement project i will call Elite Concrete

The scope of work I wanted done was small (270 sqft) and I was a bit uncertain as to how to accomplish the desired result. My property line runs at an angle so visualizing how a walkway would look was difficult. There was also a tree and gate complicating things. Les from Elite Concrete Cutting went out of his way to put everything in perspective and to work with last minute changes and around the Oregon weather. The end result is better then what I had originally conceived and their price was very competitive.
