We are very happy with our new doors. Joe gave us pricing on all different styles so we could select which worked for our budget. Excellent craftsmanship is displayed in his work.

Joe did a great job with our kitchen. He was there when we had questions and kept the job going quickly and smoothly.

After having an amazing experience with someone who did our kitchen who was no longer available as he was flipping his own houses, we searched the web for another person to provide a bathroom remodel. I looked at the reviews and decided to use Joe. Due to a lack of communication on various levels -Never came to the house right before the project - did not check his texts the evening before. The day the project started the plumber showed up at the house before he even did, mentioned at that time he does not do electrical and when I mentioned the paint color he said he does not paint either -None of this was mentioned when I asked for a bathroom remodel; There were lots of things that went awry like most remodel and costs go up - but when the Homeowner turns into the GC - he should have never marked the plumbers cost up 30%. I got to know the plumber so well that I got another name from him and my latest project is going smoothly with lots of communication and more insight and advice from the new builder!

My deck looks amazing! Joe really worked with me and we discussed the pros and cons of different layouts/dimensions. Additionally, he provided options for the materials used that would impact the budget- So I could choose what was best for the project and budget (with the understanding of the pros and cons of those materials). He kept us informed throughout the entire rebuild process. I also had a couple of last minute add-on items that he gladly added to the project and it didn’t create any delays or issues. We are very pleased with his work and work ethic.

Took floor down to concrete base. Toilet flange rusted. Vanity had leaking pipe. Fixed/changed all. Replaced some drywall which had covered up holes. Removed odd molding & avocado paint. Painted & put up crown molding & tiled floor. Waiting for vanity & .toilet to come. Bathroom looks so good. Had been looking for a good contractor for over a year. Joe does good careful work & pleasant. Will hire for more work. Definitely recommend Joe.

Joe got our basement remodel done in a timely manner and with great work. We would highly recommend him.

He showed up and showed him to the bathroom. Not very big 11ft by 5ft. I told him what I wanted to have done. He said he had an electrician and a plumber so he could handle it. It was great seemed like he knew what he was doing. He gave me a quote for labor and trash removal. We where not able to start right away and kept in touch with him and he was always quick to respond. The time came to start I bought everything all I needed him for was the labor. He showed up tore everything out he asked me if he could give the old vanity and sink to his friend. I did not mind. After the first day the floor was done except for the grout. Got home realized the floor was not level he never removed the baseboard and tried to wedge the tile under it. I removed the baseboard that night and had him rip the tile back up and do it again. He grouted that day except for that one tile and out in a ceiling fan 10 min jobs did not have to go in the attic. He then speckled parts of the wall. Once the floor was done we told him we would stand and paint. So he put in the shower fixtures. He did not know how to put the shower faucet on. Me not being a plumber I had to phone a friend, and he got it done. He then put the shower head on. Once I tested water went everywhere I realized he did not use plumbers tape. So I had to remove it and redo it myself. He did pick up the vanity cabinet and countertop. after I installed the baseboard he put the vanity/countertop mirror and cabinet ain. It did not take that long. Lastly he did the trim. Again 11ft by 5ft. Once the toilet was in he tested it and water went everywhere. He did not put the gasket between the bottom and the top in it. So the toilet got pulled apart. The light fixture above the mirror did not line up square with the mirror and he said he was not an electrician, so I installed the light. Then I had to phone a friend again for him to come over and hook up the sink. So in all that he said about having an electrician and a plumber I never saw neither and had to do everything but the toilet myself (electrical and plumbing). I sanded and painted myself. So everything said and done it was $1,800 that was the quote with disposal. From everything, I saw 1,000 max worth of work. Something that should have been easy was a nightmare. Money not well spent. If you need tile your good with this company. Anything else I would pass on.

Had Joe redid our roof. He and his crew did a great job and were every accommodating with the project and meeting our needs.

Joe answered our request to replace a chimney chase as well as to replace a garage entry door. He gave us an overall estimate as to when he could do the work and what it would cost. Very honest and easy to work with. Would recommend him to others.

Joe did an excellent job installing out kitchen tile backsplash. We jointly worked on the design, he answered all of my questions, and involved me only when needed.

Luxury vinyl floor project is still in process but about 90% complete, and it looks great! We re first time home buyers, and completely new to the flooring process, and Joe has been a huge help and navigating us through it. Any hurdle he s encountered along the way, he s called us to talk it through before jumping in, always keeping us informed of the options we have to troubleshoot something. He s also been very patient with all of our questions, and there has been a lot. As far as the floor goes, he s paid close attention to detail and it shows. We can t wait for the final result in a couple days! I highly recommend Marcone Construction.
