I was going to write a good review despite the $500 upcharge and not finishing the job in a timely manner. However, after my president (HOA) received a not so nice email, I have chosen to be forthcoming. Kyle did not properly assess the job and under bid himself. He claimed there was more work than I spoke of. I told him exactly what needed to be done. Pressure wash 6 entrances, paint them, mortar work. Because Kyle didn’t get out of his car (his words), he didn’t realize the extent of the damages. He charged us an extra $500 for mortar working because it was more than he anticipated. I refused to pay it because that is not the bid he gave us but my president wanted to show faith and pay it. He claims he went above and beyond but while in mid work with me he started other projects in our neighborhood like pressure washing a few homes. This put him behind on finishing up. Against my better judgement, I hired him for a second job to replace the fence. He left the old boards behind for over 2 weeks. Not to mention it took him 2 weeks to start the job with every excuse in the book. He now claims that hauling the boards off was extra work, hence the above and beyond. Kyle was told he needed to dispose of the old wood beforehand. In the email sent to my president, Kyle stated we gave him a project of pressure washing our pool house. I did NOT! My email must have been misinterpreted by him. This particular project was pressure washing and painting, however, I could not accept his bid due to the fact projects were not handled in a timely manner. Our pool was opening and I had to get it done. Kyle not only expressed his feelings about not getting the job but also expressed how terrible of a job the other people did. Kyle expressed this opinion not only to me but my president. I find that to be unethical and morally wrong. I would not recommend Elite.

Called 6 times and texted as well. Been trying to pay them, and they have never returned my call. Since I'm a out of state owner it is very concerning when a contractor doesn't want to get paid!

The house looks great after the pressure washing.

I had to make several calls to get estimate after being promised one right away. My tenants praised the work and I accepted the price. Perhaps too much of a good thing (jobs) that week. I do plan to use him in the future and will recommend the company to other owners in development.

I asked to have my white metal roof washed. Kyle responded promptly, gathered information via text, and set clear expectations and a reasonable fixed price. He proceeded to far exceed those expectations and washed my siding as well for a modest additional fee.
