Anthony and Cody recently installed two brand new HVAC systems in our home, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. I hired Anthony Snyder to install my AC unit. He did an outstanding job on the installation and was very friendly and professional. The price was very satisfying on a name brand AC unit. I highly recommend Anthony.

I needed to have the air filter box removed from the air handler and rotated for easier filter changing access. To accomplish this Anthony and Cody removed multiple return lines along with the air filter box attached to the air handler so the filter box could be rotated. While there I also had them install a new drain line and make a compressor base adjustment. Job was neatly completed, timely, and what I needed done. Very pleased with their work. Both men were very professional and I would use Elite Craft Pro Services for any future service needed.

Two things make them stand out among others I have used - responsiveness and preciseness. They immediately understood the problem and got someone out to solve the issue (critical with AC in Florida) which is responsiveness. Preciseness comes from them diagnosing the issue, explaining it to me quickly and easily, and solving the problem in a way that I have not had to call them back. I hope others can appreciate how rare that is!

I had a slew of projects to get done under the wire during the closing on the sale of my home. These guys got me on the schedule immediately and got all of the work done with flying colors in time for the buyer to close. They were clutch. They worked on roof repair, electrical and plumbing. All communication was well received as I was working with them from out of state. Not to mention I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of as a single woman homeowner. Wish I could’ve taken them with me for the next project. Thanks guys!
