This company went above and beyond to make sure our job was done to our satisfaction. They were in constant contact and responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner. When they made an appointment they were there when they said they would be and always on top of the project. I truly cannot say enough positive things about them. Do not pay them until the total job is done. I am not at all satisfied with the job they did. I blame myself for not getting more than one bid. I was dumb enough to pay them $1,600 on a $2,700 job. They did not come back to finish the job. They basically took the $1,600 and ran.....so sad.

"This is Not at all what happened, which is unfortunate. We were beyond professional, and still have the 22 emails back and forth to prove it. Customer wanted quality of epoxy without paying for it. So we took in floor grinders and stain sealed the entire floor, to match his price range, and then he still shorted us on the balance when it wasn't what he expected. We made 0 profit on this job. Red flags should have been thrown for us, when the customer even admits lying to his wife about cost because he didn't want to pay anything. We did not take the money and run. We had agreed to come back, and do additional work. Then we received an email and we were told not to come back. At that point, we did not come back, knowing we weren't going to stick additional cost and labor into a job where the customer didn't want to pay to begin with."
