Elite Custom Gutter

DO NOT HIRE !!!! Mr Diaz took our payment 03/25 and has never showed up to do the job. Phone calls and texts are only met with replies of excuses. Until now he has not responded after he promised to reimburse.

Do not hire this company!!! Jose is a liar and a thief. He called every single day for a deposit to ?get on his schedule? and then once received, he went dark and never showed up. Nothing but lies and excuses.

BEWARE!!! Jose Diaz took almost 14,000 dollars from us and we?ve never seen him again!!!! Lawyer involved now.

Took my deposit and ran, working on filing a police report and taking him to court. FEI/EIN number is 84-2776687.

Jose disappeared with $6,000 of deposit for copper gutters that he never delivered or installed. Anyone interested in filing a joint lawsuit, reach out, I see other people have been scammed recently. Don't be fooled by the previous reviews. He's a fraudster.

Not sure what happened to Jose. He was awesome and efficient! Went from 5 star reviews to one, takes funds and doesnt finish, tons of excuses and then no responses to calls or texts! I truly believe he has developed a problem since three change in service is extremely rapid! Dont understand but he took the deposits with no intent to complete the project. Bad and sad choices! Had an awesome business for a young man. Dont know why he chose to destroy the business and his name! He is young long life to live with this legacy! Not harsh, truthful and sorry for the rapid change. I believed in him.

Do not hire this company. Jose Angel Diaz is the owner and is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I HIRED HIM THREE MONTHS AGO? HE HAMMERED ME DAILY FOR A DEPOSIT TO ?GET ON HIS SCHEDULE? ONCE THE DEPOSIT WAS PAID I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN He has made excuse after excuse and lie after lie. Promised to return my deposit and nothing now he doesn?t respond to calls texts or anything. There are other gutter companies out there use one that is trustworthy and won?t steal your money.

Lousy customer service.

They are reasonable and professional. They do great work and do it on schedule. The owner, Jose, is personally involved in doing the work. He is easy to work with and truly strives to make his customers happy.

Jose is awesome. I have a rain barrel and had him install a new gutter and downspout along with a diverter to the rain barrel. We had an issue with water flowing back towards the house and he created a rock stream to carry the water away. He came back months later to install a screen to keep my diverter from getting clogged from the debris from my royal palm. Quality work. Very pleasant to work with and very creative solutions.
