Matt was easy to work with. His professionalism and knowledge of the product & services were excellent. He did a stellar job of explaining the entire process and walked me through several concerns I had, putting my mind at ease with accurate information. He did not have a "Hard sell" approach which was refreshing. I have to add his crew did an excellent job on the cleanup (one of my concerns). Not a single nail was left on the ground, no debris at all. This was especially important with a toddler in the house.

Perfect service at all, immediatly response for quotes, questions and any doubt about the project. Even I found some details after the work was done, I called Elite Design and they came back immeadiatly to fix it. No doubt to work again with Elite Designs if I have another requirement.

Matt and his crew are extremely professional and do high quality work. We initially asked for drywall work however had a new roof installed, water damaged ceiling work, a new door installed, garage door repaired and front porch repaired. From the reasonable and professional quote, to working with our insurance agent, repair, installation, cleanup... Everything was done above and beyond well past my expectations. Matt is a definite person to speak with for any kind of work. Awesome experience, a must for any future projects!

Matt totally abandoned this job; we met for a SOW; he quoted, I signed a contract, he said he ordered the material but never showed to perform the work and never responded to a call or email. It's been 3 months since I first engaged this company and now I'm starting from scratch to find another contractor. DO NOT waste your time with this company
