This company is 100% top shelf. They're customer service and approach to the situation is unmatched. They confidently and competently said what they did and did a what they said. Matthew is a beast of a salesman and manager of this company. As a first time home owner, I didn't know where to begin with this happening. So frustrating for us and we almost got took by another company that saw that we were very vulnerable. He was patient and guided us through the processes with formidable knowledge of the system of mortgage and insurance companies put the homeowners through in disasters that are completely out of our control. I will tell any and everyone to go with EDR roofing when they need this service. Can't say that about a lot of other companies out there. I must say that the quality, speed, and way the job was perform was excellent 👌👌👍👍👍

Mathew and his crew are professional and thorough. Didn’t cut corners, replaced everything and used high quality materials. Protected our plants / vegetation and took extra care to not stress out our pets. I would say the final clean up made it look like they were never there but they actually hauled off other debris from around our yard that didn’t have anything to do with their work.

EDR and especially Matthew Harrell did a phenomenal job on my house. Matthew was there every step of the way, he did all the work with my homeowners insurance, he walked the insurance inspectors without me being there, he worked with the inspectors to get not only my roof, but to my surprise they got my gutters and window screens replaced because of Hail Damage!!! And I got much more than I would have ever expected from the insurance company and definitely more if I tried it myself. Then Matthew walked me through in detail the replacement products and options. Not only did he schedule the work within the same week, they showed up 5 minutes before 7:00 am, Completed the roof on my 3,000 sf home in less than one day. Matthew supervised the crews all day long and meticulously insured that everything was done professionally and cleaned. Matt walked the property personally and without request making sure everything was back in it's place and clean. Then, after all that, he stayed late to wait for me to come home from work to walk me through the work completed. I wish every service was this way!
