EDR and especially Matthew Harrell did a phenomenal job on my house. Matthew was there every step of the way, he did all the work with my homeowners insurance, he walked the insurance inspectors without me being there, he worked with the inspectors to get not only my roof, but to my surprise they got my gutters and window screens replaced because of Hail Damage!!! And I got much more than I would have ever expected from the insurance company and definitely more if I tried it myself. Then Matthew walked me through in detail the replacement products and options. Not only did he schedule the work within the same week, they showed up 5 minutes before 7:00 am, Completed the roof on my 3,000 sf home in less than one day. Matthew supervised the crews all day long and meticulously insured that everything was done professionally and cleaned. Matt walked the property personally and without request making sure everything was back in it's place and clean. Then, after all that, he stayed late to wait for me to come home from work to walk me through the work completed. I wish every service was this way!
