First appointment with the tech to install the sump pump I waited all day, only to get stood up. When I called him on his cell, he said that his van had broken down, and he wouldn't be coming after all. Wish he had called me first! But, once we rescheduled, although he was late, the pump was installed and all is well.

Would not reccommend Elite Drain. Sump pump installation. Did not come with needed tools - made 4 different trips to complete project. Agreed on time to return - they did not show up. Were very sloppy - filling holes and leaving a mess for me to pick up. Also, moved a hot water heater. They were lazy and tried moving the hot water heater when still full - punctured it causing a leak. Promised a new one. Next day, they never showed up. Finally did come out with a new one - cheaper model than original. They installed it and I found a leak coming from the hot water return pipe.

I received excellent service from Elite Drain Solutions. I was especially impressed with the promptness and wonderful follow up. The problem was cleared and has not reoccured. I would highly recommend Elite Drain Solutions.
