"Elite was going to come out and give a quote and the customer said it was a short run of wire and the electrician could probably do it while he was there. He was told the cost if it was indeed going to be one hour or less. However, once the electrician got to the job, it was not a short distance of wire and he told the customer that it was going to take more than an hour and would cost more. The customer understood and told him to do the job. He was told an hourly cost over the phone...not a job quote. To the customer it looked like a quick job, but it actually wasn't. He was there the whole time and he saw the work involved."
