Attic or Whole House Fan - Repair
I had to wait for a appointment, after I received the appointment I did not have any problems, the electrician stated he could get the fan and motor in a week but returned the same day and repaired my fan, excellent, organized and prompt service , keep up the good work

We have used Elite Electrical many times since we were first put in touch with them through Home Advisor. They are excellent, very organized, knowledgable, and efficient. We have an old house with a lot of small projects to do and they always do a fantastic job. We have hired them at least 5 times

Thermostat - Repair or Reprogram
They were excellent. Arrived on time, in fact 5 minutes before the set time. Thoroughly checked out the problem, and knew what he was doing in diagnosing the problem. Corrected the problem and was done within the hour. The price was reasonable, and I was charged exactly what the estimate was for. Great company!

Thermostat - Install or Replace
Electrician was efficient and installed 2 new digital/programmable thermostats to replace our old manual ones. No fuss, no mess. We will not hesitate to call Elite again when the need arises for electrical work.

Professional, very good at contacting thru email and always contacted me back within 24 hours. Finished the job as promised and the work looks as if no one was ever in my home. My wall was completely intact and clean with no signs of damage and all the equipment installed was new and clean.

Elite's quote came in considerably lower then other companies that were reffered to me by friends. They completed the work in a timely fashion and in a very professional manner. The two electricians pointed out problem areas that were left behind by past electrical work and they fixed it free of charge. -Stan

their worker was knowledgeable and tidy. he was ontime but the price quoted over the phone was not the same as the invoice. after telling their office my problem and what i wanted done , i was qouted the job as $105 dollars plus any materials. when i got the invoice there was an addtional $75 dollar chaRGE. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS $105 FOR THE FIRST HOUR AND $75 FOR ANY ADDTIONAL TIME. THE ONE THING I DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE ABOUT IS HOW MUCH ANY JOB IS GOING TO COST ME. I RELUCANTLY PAID THE INVOICE BUT I WON'T USE THEM AGAIN.

"Elite was going to come out and give a quote and the customer said it was a short run of wire and the electrician could probably do it while he was there. He was told the cost if it was indeed going to be one hour or less. However, once the electrician got to the job, it was not a short distance of wire and he told the customer that it was going to take more than an hour and would cost more. The customer understood and told him to do the job. He was told an hourly cost over the phone...not a job quote. To the customer it looked like a quick job, but it actually wasn't. He was there the whole time and he saw the work involved."

Elite Electrical Contractors were professional and fast on all accounts. They contacted me by email and included a quote for the project. An office manager called me to set up an appointment and the electrician came on time. The projects I wanted to have done were completed in a very professional, neat, and fast manner. Elite was responsive and was very accommodating to schedule changes. He worked very hard with the town for required permits even when they made it challenging. His contractor was professional, hard working and a pleasure to have working on the property. I would recommend him for any size job.
