Elite Exteriors

I have to give Santos, Jose, and the entire Elite Exteriors crew sincere praise for hitting it out of the park on our full exterior renovation. From new windows to new siding, trim, fascia, spray foam insulation, a complete front porch overhaul, full exterior paint, and roof and gutter work... we needed it all, and my standards are exacting. My fear was hiring an architectural designer, a general contractor, and 5+ subcontractors, only to pay the price of a new house. My reality? I found Elite Exteriors to handle it all. From design feedback to execution and a flawless finish, these guys are true craftsmen who know how to make an old house look fresh and new. Need a facelift? Better hire the best cosmetic surgeon. Need a houselift? Call Elite Exteriors and wait for your neighbors to shower you with compliments

I Thank the lord for the Elite Exteriors family. They came out and did excellent work on my grandparents home. Yes I will be calling them again and again. And telling everyone I know. God bless.

Hire this company! Elite exteriors did a fantastic job replacing all the siding, soffit, and facia boards on our house with Hardie board. The result is beautiful, but the work was more than just cosmetic. The crew installed flashing, moisture barrier, attic vents, and what must be miles of the best caulk work Iâ ve ever seen. They power washed the brick, covered it and the windows before painting all that new trim, even our old shutters and the garage door. Absolutely the best experience weâ ve ever had with contractors. It was total professional excellence start to finish. The crew paid such attention to details, it felt like they were working on their own house. Could not be happier.

We cannot say enough good and positive things about our entire experience with Elite Exteriors, who put up Hardie siding on our gables, including all trim and fascia boards and painting. Santos was timely and responsive in all my interactions with him (in person, phone, and emails). The crew arrived before 8:00 each day, and started promptly at 8:00. My husband and I both work, so the crew was on their own. Everything was cleaned and closed up when we got home each day. Their work was outstanding, and what was most striking to me was their attention to detail. In my opinion, they actually did more than they had to (and I have high expectations). And while I did not talk much with the crew, they were all very nice and kind, with positive attitudes. Just an all-around great experience. We would definitely recommend them - no doubt.

On time. On point.

cheap siding

Santos and his family were professional, friendly, kept a clean work site and did excellent work. I felt comfortable enough around them to leave my house unattended and unlocked. I will have them out again to repair my covered patio.

I am pleased with the work that Elite Exteriors recently completed on my home by replacing (and painting) the soffits, eaves, freeze boards, and siding with James Hardie material. The crew of 5 was very professional and cleaned up daily. I would recommend this company to others looking for similar work to be completed.

Elite Exteriors did a great job on my house. Would definitely recommend.

Work was done properly at a very reasonable cost.

Santos brought a crew of 5 that did a great job of replacing soffits and facia board plus trim work on the siding and repainting my whole house. I have a 2 story with trees that made access difficult. They did a great job. Paint was well masked off no damage to the landscaping. Plus the price was reasonable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Santos Madina made the best presentation of his company, showed me other jobs he did in the area, and is a great representative of the Hardie materials used on this project. A family owned business that really cares about his customers.

Santos was amazing, my house is more beautiful than when I purchased it 25 yrs ago. Removed all old rotting wood and replaced 100% with Hardie, all new windows, storm door, gutters, new roof, and even added a ridge vent and painted doors and chimney to match the rest of the house. He kept to schedule and budget even when I added the storm door and leaf guard on the gutters last minute. Santos and/or his brother Jose were on site the entire time making sure everything went according to plan. Clean up was performed at the end of each day and the crew was very accommodating to get off their ladders and leave the backyard several times a day when we need to let our 4 dogs out to to their business. Santos did not pressure me to commit and waited several months for me to get more estimates from other contractors and make a final decision. He was also very patient and actually quite helpful in allowing me to change my color choices just prior to the materials being ordered. By the second day, I felt so comfortable that I could leave and go to work while they continued to work on the house. I will be using them again for future projects.

Great group of workers. Finished in a timely manner, Kept the home clean throughout the process. did quality and clean work. would hire again and highly recommend. Had great pricing.

clean, efficient and excellent work! They went above and beyond expectations!

Got job done quick, cleaned up everything

Santos and his team at Elite Exteriors completed my job very efficiently and with top notch quality. I had siding around my chimney that was beginning to split and allow rain water to leak through the roof. He quickly identified the poor materials and technique used by the home builder and replaced everything with quality Hardie Board siding. A few days after the job was done it rained pretty heavily and there was no water leak. Santos even called to make sure everything was good. Won’t find many contractors that follow-up like that. Highly recommend this pro!

Santo was amazing! His whole crew were so nice and professional. He quoted me a great price on complete siding replacement and paint on Tue, completed all work by Thursday. They really went above and beyond and their work was top notch. I will use for all construction work in the future. My wife really enjoyed the professionalism of the crew and how they made her feel involved in the process and comfortable which is super important to me.

They were very efficient, good clean up and cost was gerat.

I've used them once back in 2016. This will be our second time. Very professional and beautiful work.

I recommend this company to my brother in law, he owns many duplexes and he revues the project and be very satisfied of their job and he promised to hire them in the future

They were on time, did a great job, and when they finished, the work site was cleaned. I would hire them again.

Used Medina Construction for replacement of substantial amount of wood siding, trim and soffit on brick/wood home (5 day job) with James Hardie Color Plus product. Pros: Santos Medina was most pleasant to work with; very thorough in explanations; reasonable pricing compared to larger companies also recommended by James Hardie ; crew was courteous and hardworking; started and completed job as promised; required no advance payment; agreed to follow all James Hardie best practices and recommendations according to their website; finished product looks just like James Hardie promo pictures. Cons: None. Highly recommended.

Honest and upfront
