Elite Exteriors repaired a wooden railing that was broken and unsafe. I am very happy with the work. The railing is solid now and I won't have to worry about it anymore! I also had two smoke detectors installed. Great job

Elite Exteriors is wonderful. Our job was a relatively small job but Mr. Soutar of Elite Exteriors did an amazing job. The whole experience was good, from estimate ( and he gave us price options and explained differences in materials) to completion of deck repairs and building of 2 ramp replacements we needed for sheds. He shows up when he is supposed to, is respectful of your property, home, and pets. he cleans up afterwards, removing old materials. We felt we had a wonderful job done at a good cost by a very competent professional. We would recommend him to anyone needing a small or large job done. You will be very pleased. 😃

Harold was prompt to come out and see what needed to be done. He quickly outlined a plan and started work as soon as we had our other appointment completed. He repaired drywall and framing around slider and it all looks seamless and refreshed. He also had previously built our deck and painted the exterior of our home and we can?t speak highly enough of his quality work at a reasonable price point.
