Does not return messages in a timely manner and does not do everything that needs to be done to get rid of rodents.

the contractor was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to do the work carefully and professionally and explained the process of what he was doing when exterminating bees.

Joseph, the exterminator, does a great job with the pest control business and his follow-up treatments have also been very effective. I noticed a significant reduction in insects and mice. Joe was absolutely amazing he listened to all of my concerns and was amazing with my son and dog too.. what a great guy and prices are amazing too.. I have not seen 1 silverfish since he's been here thank god... I will never use anyone else when I need an exterminator. Joe earned another life customer here!

I hired Elite Exterminating to take care of mice that i had in a rental apartment. Joseph came the next day and was extremely professional. He spent many hours at the apartment to ensure that my rodent problem was taken care of. His price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. Joseph returned a week later to ensure that i was rid of all mice. Great job!

Joseph was great to work with, very personable and respectful. He treated our home as if it were his home. He did a complete walk through inside and out to identify possible entry areas for the mice and advised us how best to go about the issue. He came out, plugged up the entry ways, placed bait and the necessary chemicals needed. His price was very reasonable, he is licensed and very knowedgable about the job as he used to work for Orkin. Best part is I have not seen any evidence of mice since his treatment.

Joseph is the man. He's knowledgeable, professional, and gets the job done. We had a mystery creature scratching and gnawing in our ceilings. Joe came, worked his magic and now the mystery creature noise is gone. Highly recommend Elite Exterminating.

Joseph couldn't have been friendlier or more patient. It's clear he knows what he's doing and was very thorough in both the assessment and the work needed to fix the problem. He arrived the same day I contacted him for a free estimate right when he said he'd be there, and on time the next day (with all the materials needed) to fix the issues. Entry points were sealed, bait stations and poison placed. Cost was very reasonable, especially for the peace of mind he's given us by fixing our problem. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Joseph and his company to others in need of similar services. Perfect in every aspect.

My problem is not solved as yet but was informed it would take a little time.

I would give this business more stars if I could! I found out I had bed bugs right before Christmas so it was almost impossible to get someone to come to my house right away. I set up an appointment for the following week after the holidays and the night before my exterminator had an emergency and had to cancel. They gave me Joe's number and he answered his phone at almost 10 pm and told me he would be there the next day. I was so stressed out with everything that was going on and Joe kept his patience and answered all of the questions that I had. He explained everything that he was going to do, chemicals he was going to use and what I needed to do to ensure that we got rid of the bugs. Joe arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my house that took him about an hour and a half to do. Again, he kept his patience while being asked a ton of questions. He kept reassuring me that it will all get better and explained the process. Then he did the treatment and we set up our follow up appointments. He even offered to inspect my boyfriend's house since I spent time there. The next day he checked in to see how I was feeling and asked me if I had gotten any sleep since I shared with him since it all happened I wasn't sleeping well. I told him I thought I got bit again and he was there the following day doing another treatment to ensure that the bugs were gone. Even though he didn't have to do that, he said he wanted to give me peace of mind and help me to sleep at night. On his third visit he only found 1 bug and it was dead-and on the fourth he didn't find any. Joe continued to check in throughout the process to make sure that everything was alright. He answered his phone whenever I called and answered my text messages. He went above and beyond his job description to make sure that I had a clear peace of mind and it truly shows how much he cares about what he does and his clients. I appreciate the help and patience that he gave to me and my family during this very difficult time. I would highly recommend him!!

Joe came about 3 hours after I contacted him. He did a thorough check outside and in my basement searching for a way the rat could have gotten into my home. After placing traps and poison and cementing what could be the point of entry,he saw the rat run across my living room. He cornered it and killed it on the spot. Thanks, Joe!
