Here at Elite Floor Sanding & Refinishing, we are a small family operated company that values honesty and integrity and treats your home as if it were our own. You will find us to be competitively priced, but not the cheapest, with close attention to the details of each project. We specialize in two floor services. One is sanding, staining, and applying three coats of polyurethane. Typically we charge $2.15- $3.00 per sq ft depending on location, new or existing wood, and stain color with a $1200.00 minimum. This involves sanding the floors down to bare wood, staining the color of your choice, and applying three coats of polyurethane. The second service is buffing and coating your floors. We charge $.75-$1.00 per sq ft for the buff and coat process. My son and I do the work and take pride in doing the job right. If you need me to come out to give you an estimate, there is a $50.00 fee but it will be deducted if we do the work. Seroius inquires only. Family Owned-Quality Work
