Ecotech Spray Foam

Matt the owner was accessible and responsive. His price was competitive. He was able to work with us and schedule the job on the exact day we wanted it done. We had the parameter of our basement and a 21' x 15' foot crawl space sprayed in closed cell foam. Matt was with his crew during the entire time they were on the job. When they were done he asked me to do a walk through inspection during which I saw the foam they had sprayed around the parameter of the basement went to the sil plate but not over it. Although the appearance is better I asked him to go around and seal both sides of the sil which he had his crew do. This took them another hour and 1/2 and am sure considerable more material cost. His charged us what was quoted in the estimate. As with any job prep has everything to do with a good outcome. We had the parameter of the basement cleared and all surfaces that were coated in foam had been thoroughly vacuumed. I had addressed any and all electric and plumbing components that needed attention or labeling prior to being coated, and replaced a 22' section of sil plate that was rotted from water damage. Matt and his team are conscientious and worked none stop once they were they had prepped the basement and got set up. I would absolutely use them again and with any job of this kind the home owner of GC being be onsite when its being done will to help assure the best outcome.
