I do NOT recommend Elite Foundation Repairs, Allen TX. If I had known in Feb. 2021 what I now know in January 2022 about this company, I would NEVER have hired Elite Foundation Repairs. On 02/23/2021, Wai Lee, a structural analyst from Elite Foundation Repairs, was referred by my realtor to evaluate problematic foundation issues, for a home I was having inspected, prior to purchasing the home. The home inspection revealed foundation measurements that were beyond acceptable range, per TX home inspection standards. Wai Lee completed his assessment, took measurements of the home foundation and presented me with a written statement for $2950 to install 5 piers on the master bedroom side of the home. He stated that the 5 pier repair was minor and was not a repair that needed to be done at that time. During a follow up phone conversation, days later, Wai confirmed his statements and stated that if it was his home he would "leave it alone and not do any foundation repairs at that time. Wai Lee NEVER discussed any possibility of a plumbing leak being the cause of the foundation issues, nor did he discuss or mention that a plumbing test could be done on that home, to determine if there were any leaks present in the plumbing, during his initial consultation on 2/23/21, or on the follow up phone conversation I had with him. On 10/21/2021, Wai Lee was rescheduled to do a foundation reassessment, due to the tiles in the bathroom beginning to crack. He then at that time, discussed the age of the home (1972), that the plumbing in the home was 50+ y/o cast iron pipes with high potential for leaks, that it was likely that a leak in the slab was the cause for the foundation issues, that the cost to repair and replace the cast iron plumbing could be $30,000 - $50,000 and that a $150 plumbing test for leaks, needed to be done, before any foundation repair could be completed. Wai Lee/Elite Foundation Repairs failure to discuss this crucial information regarding this home or make a basic recommendation, to have a plumbing test done, to determine if there were any plumbing leaks present that were causing the foundation issues, cost me $21,000 in AVOIDABLE repair costs, EIGHT MONTHS later. Due to the fact that Elite Foundation Repairs, neglected to properly inform and advise me of pertinent information regarding the high risk of this home having 50+ y/o cast iron plumbing, which could be a cause of the known problematic foundation issues and his failure to discuss, mention or recommend a plumbing test, to determine if there were any current plumbing leaks, PRIOR to me purchasing the home, left me responsible for paying an ADDITIONAL $6000 in foundation repair and $15000 in plumbing repair costs, EIGHT MONTHS later. I contacted the owner of Elite Foundation Repairs and presented all the facts of this situation to him. I have asked him multiple times, what he was willing to do, as the owner of Elite Foundation Repairs, to be accountable for his employees neglectful actions and to rectify this situation and assist me in the recovery of this avoidable $21,000 repair costs. Jeff Ellisons responses have only been to repeatedly deny the facts and distort the truth. He has made no attempt to show me any good will as his customer and continues to demonstrate, what I consider to be, a complete lack of professional ethics, integrity and customer service. There are previous deceptive business practice complaints on Elite Foundation Repairs, Allen Tx, filed on Better Business Bureau TX, and other negative review posts on various websites, for these same reasons. I have currently filed a formal complaint on them with the Better Business Bureau as well. It is a horrific shame that companies like Elite Foundations Repairs are still in business!

Amazing experience.! I entered the search with dread. I got four surveys and estimates. When Wei (Lee) showed up, he took the time to fully explain the issue and how it could be fixed. He spent extra time with me to ensure that I fully understood and was comfortable with the process. We decided on Elite because after research we found them to be the most credible and professional. The pre-work was prompt and on time. On the work day the team showed up on time and wearing company polos (very professional) the crew lead introduced himself and we talked about the process. He answered all of my questions before the first shovel hit dirt. Wei arrived to check on them and made sure everything was running smoothly.. They worked quickly and he checked in with me occasionally to show me what they were doing (which I had requested) the crew superintendent (Julio) showed up (again in Elite uniform) he and I talked about surrounding conditions and why this type of repair fit my specific needs. They were very efficient and my whole repair took four hours. They replanted the bushes and cleaned the entire area. When my wife arrived home she even asked if they had been there. I am often asked by my neighbors for recommendations for services. My referral does not come easily. I will most certainly recommend and endorse Elite based on their professionalism, attention to detail, customer service and honesty.

Wai Lee came out to give estimate. Very professional, listened to our questions and worked with us the entire way. Price was very comparable to some competitors. Even the owner of the company came out on day of foundation repair to ensure everything was going well. Highly recommend this company to anyone considering them.

After multiple estimates from other companies, Elite's was the most reasonable and the best value for the money. I would have liked a review of the results after the work was done, but that did not happen.

Wai Lee with Elite came to check our concerns and give us the recommendation. He was efficient and very personable. Wai also checked back by the day the work was done to inquire if all was going as we expected. Elite did the work on our foundation in the time they said they would and the clean up was good. I would definitely recommend Elite Foundation for foundation work.

I had three estimates from different companies. Wai from Elite was the only one of the three to actually suit up and crawl around under my house for 20 minutes taking pictures. He was also the most moderate, reasonable, and personable. The other two shined a flashlight under the house for barely 30 seconds; one estimated double what Wai did, and the other said nothing needs to be done even though my bedroom was held up by two cinder blocks and a brick. Wai from Elite is certainly the best. Thank you. I also paid exactly the estimate.

I'm a little OCD. They did their work did better than I expected. Out of the quotes I got, they had the best price too.

They kept me informed about everything that was happening and explained every step. The Forman was always available for answering questions. The work was done fast and the noise kept to the shortest possible minimum. I highly recommend this company.
