Luis and his entire crew were great to work with for the granite countertops, and the tile work. Both are beautiful. They all paid close attention to detail and wanted to be sure I was happy. Elite Granite installed our granite countertops and tile backsplash. Luis gave us a very competitive price. All the work was completed in one day. Luis and his crew were very professional as well as personable. The results were everything we hoped for. The kitchen is beautiful and the craftsmanship is of the highest quality. Unfortunately, as time went by the tile grout on the backsplash started to flake off. We tried to contact Luis for months but he would not respond, except to say he would come by when he was in the area. He never came by. Finally, we hired a professional to regrout and reseal the backsplash.

We were happy with the work and materials on our granite countertop and tile backsplash project but they did not clean up after the work was done. They left a black mark on the wall and woodwork and grout and grout mix on the carpet, hardwood floor, appliances and driveway.

Great install in an older home that's not quite plumb and square anymore. :) Were very careful with woodwork. Professional and meticulous.
