Very disappointing experience with Elite Group Inspection Professionals. My roof report incorrectly identified my metal roof as shingles, even though I specifically mentioned it when booking and was told a drone inspection wasn't necessary. The solar panel inspection I paid extra for was missing, and I waited weeks for my advanced imaging results. When I called to resolve these issues, Bency was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I left multiple messages for the inspection manager, Jason, but never received a callback. Nathan was kind and listened to my concerns, but promised follow-up never happened. The incorrect report and missing results caused unnecessary stress and escrow delays. The lack of accountability and poor customer service were unacceptable. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them.

They did a good job. Troy was the great. When they did the inspection of the electrical box and plumbing, he had flagged things that didn't need to be done. Plumber confirmed that it didn't need to be done. 4/5 score
