Scheduled installation between 9a-9:30a. Workers showed up at 9:15a, how accurate is that? Did a walk through with lead worker detailing the work. Jay personally showed up 15 min. later to introduce himself and thanking me for my business. Since we were supposed to have a good rain storm next day Jay told me to contact him if I had any leaks or issues. So far so good. I had gutters installed 2 hrs later. Did a walk through with lead again, after completion, confirming work done and any concerns I might have. Thus far pretty happy with the workmanship, very happy with the fair cost and Elite gutter service team professionalism.

They came more quickly than I had expected (that was great)! After the repairs, I spoke with Jay about having the gutters replaced next spring, in conjunction with other attic work I was having done. He said that Elite would coordinate with the other company, and gave great recommendations about the replacement of the overhang and the gutters. I plan to have the work done in the ways he recommended.

Elite provided a fair cost estimate, and consequent follow -through was most professional. The project was handled in the most expeditious manner, and the results were excellent.
