I agree with G.N.'s review 100%. Additionally, he will call the police if if you call him out that he does not know HVAC. He tried for 8 months to get a system to work, MONTHS! Another HVAC company got it running in 2 hours. This company avoids questions about HVAC in an ELITE way, and messed up my home better than I have ever seen. Told me that they leave heat pumps unlevel to let snow run off, and that my house was unlevel, left the thing not even attached! A beaver could have chewed cleaner holes through my brand new vinyl siding. Put heat pump in cooling mode and it heats!!!! for 14 grand, they sure are elite, they will even leave all their garbage behind for you, and their dirty hand prints all over your 2 month old painted walls. Then when you tell them system doesn't work, they will tell you it was "running perfectly" when they left, and blame it all on the homeowner as to why they couldn't get it running. .........ELITE ALRIGHT! I am lucky they were at my home. look at pics.

Avoid this business at all costs. I'd suggest looking them up on the Better Business Bureau website to learn more about how long they've been in business and learn of their physical address. They put on a facade of being a large company, but their inexperience resulted in costing me over $4000 for a furnace that was not compatible with my existing HVAC system. After trying to get them to finish the job I paid in advance for, I had to reverse the credit card charge 30 days after they began the installation to get the owner's attention. This was after multiple missed appointments with zero communication from the business. I ultimately had their furnace uninstalled and replaced by a professional organization. The lack of professionalism and technical knowledge is why nobody should do business with Elite HVAC.

On time responsive to texts or calls had a typical yearly cleaning and maintenance done for about half the price as other companies
