Paul was great. Professional, clean, and respectful. Would like to work with him again! Only complaint is he hasn't followed up on a quote for another job...but I imagine he is busy this time of year.

Paul was really professional, knowledgable, and helpful (taught me a few things about the job) . He was removed an old dishwasher and installed a new one for us. He very considerate to not make a mess and to make sure everything looked perfect. He came a few hours late, but I understood why -- he really takes his time with the project. Reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because about a month after the dishwasher was installed, it wouldn't drain -- I found out through reading the manual that it was because the drain hose hadn't be elevated a minimal 33in at any point on the line -- Paul skimmed through the manual and missed this key detail (was in the 'IMPORTANT' details section). I was able to correct this myself and didn't bring it to his attention, but I definitely stressed over it for a week and had a little meltdown at home, and for it not being 100% perfect, 1 star is docked. Still would recommend him though! Just make sure to review the manual :P

Paul was very polite and professional. I live in a Condo and called me from the parking lot inquiring about visitor parking and just didn’t take any empty space. I liked that he gave me a business card without me asking for one. I would definitely call them again.

Way overpriced. Completed the job in less than an hour. I had to have him come back later to fix a flood in dishwasher, which he did. But I feel I was "taken" on the price.
