Came out on a Saturday to fix my AC. Replaced the parts in 2hrs and gave me a fair price. Can't ask for anything more especially when I had been waiting for 5 days for another person to make the repair

I called 8 different companies to come to fix my air conditioner. None of them were able to come for a week. Home advisor scheduled a visit with Elite Heating and Cooling LLC for the next day. I am very pleased with their work! I am recommending this company to everyone.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I can NOT say enough good things about this company and especially the technician-Mike, that diagnosed the problem with my AC Unit. My AC Unit is almost 10 years old and uses the old R22 Refrigerant. Within minutes after arriving at my house, Mike checked the pressure of the unit and showed me with his instrument the current pressure and where it should be. I was down 25 lbs. Mike (the Technician) told me up front that I needed 2.5lbs of refrigerant at $60 / lb; not the exorbitant price that many HVAC specialists charge. He also stated that I did NOT need a new AC at the present time and that my system should function properly once it is re-charged. Mike did NOT try to sell me a new system. He did inform me that my AC unit (2 Ton) was undersized for the size of my house (1854 sqft), and that I should probably have a 3 ton unit when it comes time to replace the unit. Mike was very informative and friendly. I will use Elite Heating & Cooling for future heating and cooling needs.

Michael was prompt and very customer orientated. I spoke to him regarding my previous experience with another HVAC company which told me I needed a new AC unit. Michael told me he would evaluate the issue and explained the types of measurements he would be taking and the range those numbers should be BEFORE he did them. Freon levels were fine...air temperatures were fine...all was good...just needed new filters which he price at least half of what I had been paying with previous HVAC company. AC servicing was great!!

My air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day and Elite came to my home and resolved the issue quickly and cost was very reasonable. I will highly recommend Elite to as many people I can they deserve the business.
