Alex quickly diagnosed my AC problem. He gave me 2 repair options with pricing. He offered a yearly maintenance plan that includes AC and heater. It gave me 20% off today’s repair and he was able to complete the AC cleaning portion today which was well overdue. I felt he was offering me options to save money as maintenance is needed anyway along with today’s repair discount. Alex was very pleasant and answered all my questions knowledgeably. I would recommend Elite Heating and Air Conditioning to anybody needing service on their unit. The owner answered our call and he was extremely friendly, professional, and prompt. My repair cost was more than fair at only just over $100. (labor and parts) I will definitely call him when I need to replace my 1986 air conditioner, but for now he has it running perfectly.
