My attic was blown in. 10 years ago was a great investment. Cooled off house 10 degrees cooler.

They were clean, profession and made sure to not get the house dirty while they did their job and it was greatly appreciated... They didn't try to push any extra's and were upfront on what they were doing and why.

Job done well, but last minute before we were going out of town in spite of us telling them that would not be good. Lots of dust etc. to clean up night before big trip overseas! Otherwise very good.

Elite is a great company, with great prices and customer service.

Overall a good experience. We had 10 windows replaced. The installers were running a little late, but called ahead to let us know. They did good work and made sure to keep clean up their work area afterwards. Our new windows look great!

Be very careful; this company stalls processing the contract and financial paperwork. The finance company charges over $3 per day from contract date until they send you the first billing! Extra fees are hefty; pay cash if you use this company!!!

We have been very pleased with our experience from using Elite Home Energy to install insulation in our home. Your installation crew were very professional and committed to providing a great customer experience. The cellulose insulation has provided numerous benefits. We feel good about being more energy efficient and reducing our utility bills and carbon emissions. Our central heating system use to cycle on and off through cold nights - now it hardly needs to operate. The cellulose insulation has also substantially reduced outdoor noise. We only wonder why we didn't do this simple home improvement sooner.

By the way Elite was the first company to respond to my search for a professional window representative among several callers. No other organization was as sure of their product as Elite. The others all wanted to sell me something but Elite was selling something specifif. The people and their attitude about what they were selling made all the difference.

The installers were dressed professionally, very courteous and called to confirm the appointment. The equipment used was professional and the service truck and trailer were clean and professional. The installers explained the process and proceeded to use a long hose that blew in the insulation. The cellulose insulation was very effective. Regardless of the weather outside (85-86 daytime temperature, or 38 degrees night time temperature, the temperature in the house remained at 70 degrees as well as the garage (all of this with no heating or air conditioning used. I would recommend Elite Home Energy for attic insulation.

Bill at Elite saved us A LOT of money! There service is remarkable and the Anlin windows they installed are beautiful! Our air conditioner used to run constantly with little pause on a hot day. Now our home is much more air tight. I would not be surprised if our cooling bills are cut in half not to mention the increased value of our home!
