Joel is an all around great person, other than being a fantastic inspector. Just closed on my 1st home and needed an inspector to look at the place and minutes after requesting a professional? He gave me a call and introduced himself. He is very flexible and very attentive with his services. Mind you I requested his services around Thanksgiving. He inspected my home from head to toe and gave a detailed report on what he found. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.

Joel was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time and performed a complete inspection on our home. He used infrared imaging to check the functionality of our HVAC and electrical panel. Joel also performed a full check of our crawl space. He came prepared and brought his own clean shoes for the inside inspection. We would recommend him to anyone.

Joel from Elite Home Inspections did an awesome job ! He was very helpful during our home buying process. He was very thorough during the inspection and explained everything he found along the way. The report was very insightful, easy to read and understand and because of the color coding it helped to identifying and differentiating between big and small issues. I would highly suggest using Elite Home Inspections as a 1st and 2nd time time home buyer.
