Elite Construction in Santa Barbara came in and remodel both of my bathrooms (master and hallway). They did the demolition of the old floor (two layers of vinyl and 1/2 inch particle board) and installed new underlayment, vinyl, and then the cabinets. Jerry, (the owner) gave me an hourly rate to help lower costs on my remodel and Roberto (site supervisor) worked with Cesar and did excellent work bringing my expectations/ideas to life. They listened (to me) and then performed the work flawlessly and did not mind stopping to discuss any issues. The result was outstanding. I got exactly what I wanted the way I wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again. They had all the right tools and they knew how to use them (saving time and doing the work right). They are truly experts in bathroom remodeling. They came in under budget and finished on time. What more can a homeowner want or ask for?

Found owner ( Leonardo aka Jerry) to be meticulous, honest, knowledgable with excellent workers who know their profession. The extent of the job was a commercial rental that they restored- placed back walls, door, ceiling, painted, and touched up scratches and debris from stained/varnish finished doors.

Jerry and his team of professional tradesmen did a complete tear down and remodel of our kitchen. They began by setting up an outdoor kitchen for us, complete with sinks and running water. Every worker who set foot on our property was polite and hard working. Any problems that occurred were resolved quickly and fairly. Jerry and his brother, Albert, listened closely to my requests and strove to provide everything I wanted in our kitchen. The result is a beautiful space that we enjoy every day! The team has returned a few times to take care of minor issues and even did a complementary installation of some retrofit ceiling lights for us! Elite Construction takes a personal interest in their clients.

Jerry and his guys at Elite construction I have been helping me convert a storage building into an art studio... and paint my home. The quality of work, everything from bath tile to brick patio, to staining my interior woodwork is outstanding, and the tradesmen, diligent and friendly. We wanted to upgrade our master bedroom bathroom to be something more modern. We are getting older and wanted to remove the tub and put in a curbless shower. The room was very small, and to get the most out of it we needed to do quite a bit of moving things around. Since we are on a slab, I really didn't think moving the toilet and cutting the slab for a curbless shower would be possible or affordable. Turns out it was! Everything came out great, we were able to get exactly what we wanted, and the attention to detail was very good. As with all projects, things came up during the process that needed discussion, but Jerry and his team always responded immediately, communication was excellent, and changes were accommodated seamlessly. Very happy with the results.

Hiring the right contractor is a HUGE decision. There are so many people out there who will deceive you with their pricing and quality. Even if you find someone you trust who provides great quality work, you risk the possibility of the end result being different than you imagined. This happens A LOT. After buying our house (in need of some updating), I decided to call Elite Construction based on reviews and pictures of their work. I met with Jerry and his crew and I instantly knew I could trust them. This team is so polite, knowledgeable, and they LISTEN. They make you feel like you are their priority, not someone who is tossed on the To Do list. Jerry worked with us on staging projects to fit our budget, and the team was ready to go as soon as we were ready to commit. Aside from being just really good, honest people this team has incredible SKILL. The quality and detail will exceed your expectations! As for the end result, our image was replicated to perfection! We cannot wait to continue working with the Elite Construction team! *As an added bonus, the team is incredibly clean. All demo areas are properly taped off and vacuumed after each day. They clearly respect your home!

We wanted wood floors and a wood staircase with iron balusters in our home. It was very difficult and exhausting try to find the right person and the right price. I found Elite Construction on Home Adviser after using other sites. They responded in a timely manner, gave me an appointment soon after and showed up with their staff. I told them what I wanted, showed my photos and they said they could do the job. The carpenters were amazing and the stairs and upstairs wood floors are perfect and beautiful like a piece of art. They also have painters that added color and style to the home. They are an all-around construction company that provided painting, grout repair, roof repair and I even got them to get us a new toilet. Jerry and his staff are top of the line for all construction projects they took my photos and make them a reality.

His trades were very kind and courteous they started and finished on time and the work was done beautifully. I am extremely pleased and would/have recommend them to to anyone.
